Delivery Information

Please allow 3-5 working days for dispatch with goods typically being delivered within 1 – 2 working days of dispatch for UK orders. Worldwide delivery times may vary but typically take no longer than 5 working days.

If you were unavailable when the driver attempted delivery, a card will be left, allowing you to arrange re-delivery.

If goods are returned to us due to a failed delivery, you will be liable for additional delivery costs.

Please note, orders placed after 11:00 am will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed after 11:00 am on Fridays will be processed the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on UK Bank/Public Holidays.

UK Delivery

UK delivery costs start from £10.00.

All orders, apart from samples, will be sent via courier (DHL) and will require a signature upon delivery. Samples are sent with Royal Mail and still require a signature.

Worldwide Delivery

We offer delivery to all European and International countries. Delivery costs are calculated and added at checkout. All international orders are shipped by DHL for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Sample orders are typically sent via Royal Mail and may take up to 10 working days for dispatch plus standard delivery time.

For destinations outside the EU, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. Payment may be required by customs to release your goods. Please check potential charges before placing your order.

Note: If fabrics are not in stock and need to be sourced from another mill, this may cause a 2-3 day delay in dispatch.
